Refund policy

At Moonlight Carbon, each product is thoughtfully made in small batches. Because of the nature of our items, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or home goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or incorrect items and will be processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Moonlight Carbon is not responsible for delays or lost packages once an order has been shipped. If you experience an issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
